All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
J&W Home Essentials offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
- Standard Shipping (Free): 4–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if selected at checkout): 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain oversized items.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at Jandwenterprises8211@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of any damage, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
